This Surrender amount will be credited to PF and can be withdrawn after the locking period 31/03/2029

Last Grade servants, Office Attendants and Part-time Contingent Employees will be listed in both the options as some of them may want to deposit to PF.

Those Employees who have already surrendered leave during the Current Financial Year will be excluded (based on 'as on date') from the List. Leave surrender will be encashed for Last Grade Servants, Office Attendants in Subordinate Services and Part-time Contingent Employees as per G.O.(P) No.42/2020/Fin dated 16.04.2020. For others, it will be credited to respective PF Account as per G.O.(P) No.152/2020/Fin dated 05/11/2020.

DDOs should ensure that only the eligible employees are sanctioned Leave surrender to the Bank / Treasury Account. Failing the same will be treated as the personal liability of the DDO concerned.
